Select send button to initiate request. |
Once you have organized to get the part you should remove the request from the system.
- Select the Sent Requests Tab.
- Highlight the product to remove
- Select Remove Request button

To Manage users Requests:
Then do any of the following: View Suppliers Details You can view details of the person requesting the part; You can either give them a call or Reply to their Request online: Reply to the Request You can Reply to a request online by selecting the Reply button. |

Ignore Request
If you do not have the requested part in stock you can ignore the request by selecting the ignore Request button and it will be removed from your Received Requests list.
Your Company details can be found by selecting the Config button. This lists details such as your phone number, fax & email address.
There is a notes field for you to add extra details that you may like to show other dealers. This field usually shows discounts offered. E.g. Normal discount is 15%, negotiable on older dead stock.
